摘要
家庭教育对个体的成长与发展具有终身持续性影响,劳动阶层作为社会结构中的特定阶层,研究其家庭教育具有内在价值。当前,家庭教育呈现"中产阶层化"倾向,中产阶层家庭教育理念和方式成为社会主流。当教育成为个人发展与社会流动的重要路径时,教育对劳动阶层个人及家庭整体发展就显得尤为重要。在此情况下,劳动阶层家庭模仿中产阶层家庭教育,但也不可避免地会产生负面影响,劳动阶层家庭教育的经验与价值容易遭到忽视和否定。研究劳动阶层家庭教育的意义和价值在于:形成适宜劳动阶层子女发展的家庭教育,传播劳动阶层家庭教育的成功经验,并寻求建立更加公正合理的社会制度。
Family education has a sustainable impact on the individual＇s life, working class as a class of the soci- ety, the study about working class family education has its own value. Nowadays, family education has the tendency of ＂middle-classzation＂, the middle class＇s family education ideas and pattern become the social main stream. As educa- tion is an important way for one＇s development, education is even significant for the working class. At the moment, working class may imitate the middle class＇s family education, but it may has a negative effect on the working class family, and the experience of the working class may be overlooked and denied. It should be make a suitable way for the working class to develop their family education to support their children＇s development, spreading working class fami- ly＇s successful experience and look for building a better social institution.
