摘要
空间正义是基于空间维度的资源公平性配置与公正性维护。坚持以人为本的新型城镇化就是要全面彰显城市经济、政治、社会、文化、生态等五维空间生产的正义价值,深刻诘问传统城镇化资源配置中对空间正义原则的背离及其困境。加强中国特色新型城镇化的资源配置,需要重塑空间正义价值,选择五维空间的发展路径,主要包括:在经济层面加强供给侧结构性改革;在政治层面提高城市居民的参与度和获得感;在社会层面加快基本公共服务均等化供给;在文化层面注重城市文化个性与特色城镇建设;在生态层面加强环境污染治理与城市绿色转型。
The spatial justice is the resource fairness and justice maintenance based on the spatial dimension.Adhere to the people-oriented new urbanization,we should fully demonstrate the justice value of the five dimensional space production such as economy,politics,society,culture,ecological civilization and so on,in deep questioning the deviation from the principle of spatial justice and its dilemma in the allocation of traditional urbanization resources.Strengthening the resource allocation of new urbanization with Chinese characteristics,we need to reshape the space justice value,and to select the path of development of the five dimensional space.It mainly includes these aspects：We need to strengthen the structural reform of the supply side at the economic level,and to improve the participation and access of urban residents at the political level,and to accelerate the equalization of basic public services at the social level,and to pay attention to the urban cultural personality and to strengthen the construction of the characteristic towns at the cultural level,and to strengthen environmental pollution control and urban green transformation at the ecological level.
