摘要 危险废物,尤其是化工行业危险废物的有毒害性、化学反应性、易燃易爆性、腐蚀性、传染性、放射性等危险特性对人类和环境构成严重危害。危险废物的无害处理,尤其是以焚烧法为代表的热化学处理技术已得到了广泛的应用。利用回转窑焚烧危险废物已成为当前危险废物处理处置的重要工艺。同时,随着国家对焚烧二次污染排放指标的日益收紧,焚烧烟气的处理技术也受到了广泛的重视。文章详述了目前常用的危险废物焚烧处理工艺流程,并针对焚烧烟气的处理提出了建议。 Hazardous waste, especially hazardous waste in the chemical industry, which have toxic, chemical reactivity, flammable and explosive, corrosive, infectious and radioactive characteristics bring serious damage to human health and environment. Harmless treatment of hazardous waste, especially the thermo chemistry treatment technology represented by incineration has been widely applied. The use of rotary kiln to burn hazardous waste has become an important technology for the treatment and disposal of hazardous waste. At the same time, with two pollution emission standards improve, the treatment technology of incineration flue gas has attracted wide attention. In the paper, the common process of hazardous waste incineration is described in detail, and the suggestions are put forward for the treatment of flue gas.
