摘要
为了评价51份苦瓜种质资源并对其进行分类,在调查测定表型性状的基础上,应用多元统计分析方法进行分析。多样性分析结果表明,51个品系的23个不同表型性状变异系数为5.88%~47.90%,平均变异系数为24.34%;相关性分析发现,苦瓜植株农艺性状与果实品质性状间存在相关性;从主成分的分析可以得出,23个表型性状可以用商品瓜形态因子、叶缘形态因子、色泽因子、营养因子、瓜瘤因子、叶形因子、茎形因子、植株形态因子和硬度因子等9个因子来归纳;通过聚类分析将51份材料划分为5大类群,有96.0%的苦瓜品系分类与判别分析一致。研究结果明确了不同品系的表型特异性和遗传多样性,筛选出一些特异种质资源,有利其栽培利用和遗传改良。
To evaluate 51 bitter gourd variety resources and classify them, phenotypic traits were investigated and measured. The data was analyzed by multivariate statistical analysis to study the genetic diversity. The results showed that the variation of different traits was between 5.88% and 47.90%, with the average value of 24.34%.Correlation analysis found that agronomic traits of plants and quality traits of fruit were intrinsically linked. The 23 components were reduced to nine by principal component analysis. They were Melon shape factor, Color factor,Leaf morphological factor, Nutritional factor, Tumor factor, Trefoil factor, Stem shape factor, Plant form factor and Hardness factor. 51 bitter gourd materials were divided into five groups by cluster analysis. Classification of96.0% varieties were consistent with the results of discriminant analysis. The results clearly defined the phenotypic specificity and genetic diversity of bitter gourd varieties, which filtered some specific variety resources to provide the basis for further use and improvement of them.
