摘要
目的观察铒激光治疗面部痤疮后遗留瘢痕的临床效果。方法以76例面部痤疮后遗留凹陷性瘢痕患者为研究对象,采用波长2940nm铒激光进行治疗,一个疗程为3~5次,每次间隔时间6周。结果治疗效果评定8例患者为痊愈、26例为显效、37例为有效、有5例患者治疗后无效,治疗总有效率为93.4%。76例患者经治疗后瘢痕和周边正常组织分界明显,瘢痕色素沉着改善,所有患者治疗后未出现新生瘢痕,未发生感染情况。结论针对面部痤疮瘢痕患者可采用铒激光治疗,不仅能够取得显著治疗效果,且患者治疗后恢复较快,无其他并发症发生,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Erbium laser in the treatment of acne scars.Methods 76 patients, who were treated for depressed acne scars using the erbium laser with a wavelength of 2940 nm, underwent a course of 3 to 5 treatments, one every 6 weeks.Results Of the 76 patients, 8 were completely healed, 26 showed much improvement, 37 showed some improvement, and the remaining 5 showed no changes. The overall rate of efficacy was 93.43%. After the treatment, acne scars and hyperpigmentation was significantly reduced, and no complications followed, such as infection, new scar formation, or hypopigmentation.Conclusion The use of erbium laser in the treatment of depressed acne scars was safe, effective, and easy, causing little damage and few complications, while offering a quick recovery time.
