摘要 慢性肾病由于患病率和发病率的日益增加,已经发展成为一个主要的全球性的公共健康问题。慢性肾病的发生及发展均与肾血流的灌注密切相关。准确评估肾血流灌注可为临床诊断慢性肾病提供重要信息。超声造影可用于评估慢性肾病的肾血流灌注情况。本文就超声造影评估慢性肾病的研究进展进行综述。 Chronic kidney disease(CKD)has become a primary public health issue worldwide because of its increasing prevalence and incidence rate. The occurrence and development of CKD are closely related to renal perfusion changes. Accurate evaluation of perfusion changes of the kidney is an important component,which would be crucial for clinical diagnosis. Contrastenhanced ultrasound could be used for assessing renal perfusion changes of CKD. This article reviews the research progress of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the evaluation of CKD.
