摘要 机械式自动变速器(automated manual transmission,AMT)是变速器中的一种,其操作性能和运行稳定性对汽车的安全行驶有重要影响。为了充分研究AMT出现故障时的特征和对系统产生的影响,文章利用功能分析和故障模式与影响分析(failure mode and effects analysis,FMEA)方法得到其关键故障,建立AMT故障模型,并基于该模型对上述关键故障进行仿真,获得该故障出现时系统的反应和表现。该文的研究对于AMT的前期设计和后期故障诊断具有一定的应用价值。 Automated manual transmission(AMT) is a kind of automatic transmission, and its perform- ance and stability plays an essential role in the safe operation of the car. In order to obtain the AMT fault characteristics and its influence on the p0wertrain system, the critical faults are acquired by using the methods of functional analysis and failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA). Then the AMT fault model is set up in MATLAB and the Critical faults are simulated based on the model to acquire the sys- tem response and performance when the faults occur. The study has certain application value and prospect in the fault diagnosis and preliminary design for AMT.
