摘要
为了减小快速成型数据处理中的台阶效应,提高成型件的表面精度,提出了基于布尔运算的层厚细分方法。该方法通过二维相邻层轮廓数据间的布尔运算,计算得到细分层台阶效应部分的数据,在成型过程中对细分层该部分区域成型,从而减小了台阶效应。实验结果表明:在快速成型中,采用该层厚细分方法能有效地提高成型件的表面精度。
In order to reduce the step effects of the data processing in the rapid prototyping,improving the surfaces accuracy of production,a method of layer subdivision based on the boolen operation was put forward. The data of the layer subdivision was gotten by the computation of contour data of adjacent layers in two dimension,made by the rapid prototyping machine separately,which would reduce the impact of the step effects. Experimental results show that the method of subdivision of layer thickness based on the boolean operation can effectively improve the surface accuracy of parts.
