摘要
创新是创造价值的革旧鼎新。技术创新是异质性新旧知识聚合反应的过程及结果。异质性知识的开放式学习是实现技术创新的基础。然而,知识类型的多样性、知识分布的不均衡性、知识产权的多元性、知识属性的缄默性、知识学习过程的阶段性以及知识传播网络的复杂性等诸多因素,成为知识学习的巨大障碍,直接制约技术创新的绩效。本文梳理知识频谱中知识的类型和特征,探索不同类型知识与技术创新之间的影响关系以及不同类型知识之间的相互依存和转化机制,旨在梳理工程教育过程中的基本概念和内部逻辑,从而为提升知识学习能力和技术创新绩效提供理论参考。
Innovation is the source of creating value, which is also the process and result of aggregation and reaction of heterogeneous old and new knowledge. Open knowledge learning is the basis of technologi- cal innovation. However, many factors, such as the diversity of knowledge, the imbalance of knowl- edge distribution, the diversity of knowledge property, the silent nature of knowledge, the stage of knowledge learning, and the complexity of knowledge communication network, are great obstacles of gaining knowledge and improving technology. This paper introduces types and characteristics of knowledge in knowledge spectrum, and explores the relationship between different types of knowledge and technological innovation, and the mechanism of mutual dependence and knowledge transforma- tion. This paper aims to provide theoretical reference to improve learning ability and the outcome of technological innovation.
