摘要
目的比较腹腔镜结肠癌根治术与开腹结肠癌根治术的临床疗效。方法选取2013年8月-2015年2月医院收治的200例结肠癌患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,依照术式不同,分为观察组120例及对照组80例。观察组予腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗;对照组予传统开腹手术治疗。观察、比较2组住院时间、手术时间、术后排气时间、术中出血量、术后切口感染发生率及住院总费用。结果观察组手术时间、住院总费用多于对照组;而术中出血量、总住院时间及术后首次排气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组术后切口感染率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的临床效果明显优于开腹手术,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical operation and open surgery in the treat- ment of colon cancer. Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with colon cancer were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different operation, divided into observation group （120 cases） and control group （80 cases）. The observation group was treated with laparoscopie radical resection of colon cancer, and the control group was treated with traditional open surgery. The hospitalization time, operation time, postoperative exhaust time, blood loss, postoperative incision infection rate, operation time and total length of hospital stay were observed and compared between the 2 groups. Results The operation time and total hos- pitalization cost of the observation group were more than that of the control group, while the amount of bleeding, total length of stay and the first exhaust time were shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. The postoperative incision infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer was significantly higher than that of open surgery, which is worthy of clinical application.
