摘要
目的探讨糖尿病护理对糖尿病患者健康教育的影响。方法将该院收治的112例糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组56例给予常规护理方法,而干预组56例给予综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者血糖水平及生活质量的差异。结果干预后干预组患者空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖降低,也低于同期对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后干预组患者自我管理能力升高,也高于同期对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论糖尿病护理对糖尿病患者健康教育效果佳,有效控制患者血糖水平,提高其自身管理能力,值得临床选择。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the diabetic patient's health education. Methods 112 diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups, 56 cases each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing; the intervention group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention. The blood glucose level and life quality for two groups was compared. Result After itnervention, the fasting blood-glucose and two-hour postprandial blood glucose for intervention group was even lower than that of control group (P〈0.05); the patient's self-management skill for intervention group was even higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention has a better effect in diabetic patient's health education, can efficienhy control the blood glucose level and improve the patient's self- management skill. It shall be recommended in clinical practices.
