摘要
逆转录病毒可以诱导动物产生各种类型的肿瘤,其中,绵羊肺腺瘤病毒(OPAV)和地方性鼻肿瘤病毒(ENTV)可以分别诱发产生羊肺腺癌和鼻腺癌。在自然感染动物淋巴组织中,单核细胞、B淋巴细胞、T淋巴细胞和肺泡巨噬细胞中可以检测到病毒核酸,并可以诱发肺深部组织肿瘤,影响上皮细胞。论文针对细胞嗜性和组织特异性、诱导肿瘤的分子机制进行论述,指出小反刍动物传染性呼吸道肿瘤的研究不仅对该病的防治、减少经济损失具有重要意义,而且对人类传染性呼吸道肿瘤的研究也具有借鉴意义。
Retroviruses can induce animals to produce various types of tumors.Ovine pulmonary adenocarcinoma virus (OPAV) and enzootic nasal tumour virus (ENTV) can respectively induce ovine pulmonary adenocarcinoma and nasal adenocarcinoma.Viral nucleic acids were detected in the lymphoid tissues of naturally infected animals, mononuclear cells, B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes and alveolar macrophages. OPAV and ENTV can induce deep tissue tumor of the lung, so affect epithelial cells. In this paper, the cell tropism,tissue specificity and the molecular mechanism of inducing tumor were discussed. The research on the infectious respiratory tumors of small ruminants is not only important for the prevention and treatment of the disease, reducing the economic loss, but also has the reference significance to the research of human infectious respiratory tumors.
