摘要
针对重汽王牌公司生产的重型卡车双层车架总成出现断裂情况,采用有限元结构应力应变分析技术对重型卡车车架进行优化设计改进,获取原双层车架断裂的原因,提出了单层车架改进优化与轻量化设计方案,通过其结构应力应变对比分析、试车实验验证,表明改进优化后的单层车架强度及刚度明显提高并能满足设计要求,减轻了重量。此技术已成功应用于现行产品批量生产中,市场反应良好,使企业获得了良好的社会经济效益。
This article is intended for proposing a solution to improvement,optimization and lightweight design of the heavy truck's single-deck frame based on the causes to the fractured traditional double-deck frame assembly produced by SINOTRUCK WANGPAI MOTOR through the optimal design and improvement on the heavy truck‘s frame by finite element analysis of the structural stress and strain,which indicates that the optimized single-deck frame significantly improves in strength and rigidity and is lighter in weight that could satisfy the design requirements. The technology has been successfully applied to mass production of the current product line with good market response and favorable socioeconomic performance brought to the business.
