摘要
为探讨刈割次数对紫花苜蓿根系生长发育及翌年返青的影响,本试验以"金皇后"紫花苜蓿为供试材料,通过对不同刈割次数下紫花苜蓿根系形态、储藏性营养物质含量及越冬率进行测定分析。结果表明:刈割可促进紫花苜蓿主根直径增粗,刺激根颈分枝数的再生,但抑制苜蓿侧根总数的发生并使其向土壤表层集中;随着刈割次数的增加,根系干重和体积总量减少,根内储藏性物质含量及翌年返青率显著降低(P<0.05)。提示生产中在追求高产的同时,应科学合理控制刈割次数,以确保苜蓿利用年限的最大化。
In order to explore the influence cutting frequencies of alfalfa root growth and the spring in next year, taking "gold queen" alfalfa as the test material in thesis. Through the measurement analysis of alfalfa root morphologies, storage nutrient contents and wintering rate under different cutting frequencies, the results showed that cutting could promote alfalfa root diameter enlargement and stimulate regeneration of root collar branch number, but inhibit the occurrence of alfalfa total number of lateral root and make it to the soil surface concentration. With the increase of mowing frequency, dry root weight and total volume decreased,but the storage substance content of root and spring rate significantly decreased in next year(P〈0.05). In production the cutting frequency should be scientific and reasonable control, the pursuit of high yield at the same time ensure that maximize alfalfa used years.
