摘要
探讨了缩分器在煤炭机械化采制样设备中的重要性以及保证缩分器的缩分精密度的合理缩分方法,对目前存在的几类典型的不合理缩分器使用方式进行分析,并结合GB/T 19494—2004《煤炭机械化采样》和GB 474—2008《煤样的制备方法》,指出旋转缩分器和刮板式缩分器在使用中应注意的事项,即控制缩分器因上级供料的周期性而产生的系统误差,保证各种形式的全断面采取;合理搭配采制样系统的各个单机,优化采制样系统的工艺。研究表明:一套合格的缩分器既要保证本身的结构合理,又要保证各单机匹配合理,才可明显规避缩分误差,保证采制样设备具有更小的偏移及更高的精密度。
This paper discussed the importance of divider in mechanized coal sampling and sample preparation equipment and the reasonable division method which could ensure the division precision of divider,several existing typical types of irrational divider utilization methods were analyzed as well,and combined with GB/T 19494—2004 Mechanical sampling of coal and GB 474—2008 Method for preparation of coal sample,the notices in rotary divider and scraper divider utilization were indicated,which meant that the system errors caused by higher level feeding periodicity should be controlled,the various forms of full crosssection adoption should be ensured;every single machine of sampling and sample preparation system should be reasonably matched,and the process of sampling and sample preparation system should be optimized.Studies had shown that;a set of qualified divider should not only have a reasonable structure,but also have a reasonable matching for each single machine,therefore,the division error could be avoided obviously,and a smaller deviation and higher precision of sampling and sample preparation equipment could be ensured.
