摘要
以中低品位的一水硬铝型铝土矿为原料,模拟生产现场工艺条件进行拜耳法溶出试验,分析矿石铝硅比(A/S)对溶出技术经济指标的影响。结果表明,A/S降低对氧化铝溶出率、赤泥产出率、碱耗以及矿耗等技术经济指标的影响较大,矿石A/S在4~7时,A/S降低1,氧化铝溶出率降低约3~5个百分点,每吨矿石赤泥产出率增加约0.05t,每吨氧化铝碱耗约增加14.21kg,矿耗约升高0.13t。
Bayer digestion process was conducted by simulating technological condition of production field with diasporic bauxite as raw material.The effect of A/S ratio on technical and economic index of Bayer digestion was investigated.The results indicate that A/S ratio of bauxite exerts big effect on technical and economic index such as alumina digestion rate,output ratio of red mud,alkali consumption and ore consumption.When A/S ratio is 4~7,A/S ratio drops by 1,digestion rate of alumina drops by about 3~5percent point,output ratio of red mud rises by about 0.05t/t-ore,alkali consumption rises by about14.21kg/t-AO,and ore consumption rises by about 0.13t/t-AO.
