水中8种亚硝胺类化合物的吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱测定法 被引量:3

Determination of eight N-nitrosamine compounds in water by purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立水中8种亚硝胺类化合物的吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱测定方法。方法水样加氯化钠至饱和溶液,再加入内标,升温至65℃,吹扫捕集12 min,采用DB-INNOWAX色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)进行气相色谱-质谱法测定。结果在0.5~100.0μg/L的线性范围内,所得8种亚硝胺类化合物的回归方程均呈较好的线性关系,r〉0.997。方法的检出限为0.20~0.35μg/L,平均回收率在85.1%~107.3%之间,RSD在2.4%~9.4%之间。结论该方法操作简单、快捷、灵敏度和准确度均较高,可满足水中8种亚硝胺类化合物的检测。 Objective To establish a purge-trap,gas chromatography and mass spectrometry method for the determination of eight N-nitrosamine compounds in water. Methods Sodium chloride was added to the water sample to form saturate solution,then internal standard was added, heated to 65 ℃, purged for 12 min, then determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with DB-INNOWAX column(30 m ×0.25 mm,0.25 μm). Results In the linear range of 0.5-100.0 μg/L,the regression equation of the eight N-nitrosamine compounds showed good liner relationship,r0.997. The detection limits of the method were 0.20-0.35 μg/L,the average recovery rates were 85.1%-107.3%,and the RSDs were 2.4%-9.4%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive, accurate and applicable to the determination of eight N-nitrosamine compounds in water.
