摘要
本文以电厂日常消耗性物项采购控制活动为个案,应用失效模式与效应分析进行采购活动的风险分析,并提出改进措施。利用FMEA分析电厂普通物项采购风险,并针对各项采购活动失效模式提出改进方法,建议利用电子业务手段实现电厂日常消耗性物项的常态化采购管理。
To analyze and prevent the operation risk during the procurement procedure is an important problem.In this study,the operation risk during the procurement procedure of a case power plant was conducted by using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.The failure mode for each step of procurement procedure was discussed and the improvement procedure also proposed to be the reference of the e-procurement strategy in the future.
