摘要 为了优化60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢的热处理工艺,获得最佳力学性能,研究了不同回火温度及时间(400~520℃回火,30~120min保温)对60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢组织及性能的影响。实验结果表明,经910℃保温30min油冷淬火及430℃保温60min油冷回火的60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢强度和塑性最优(Rm=1993MPa,RP0.2=1620MPa,δ=9%,ψ=32%)。弹簧钢在400℃至520℃进行回火,得到的组织均为回火屈氏体,随温度的升高和时间的增加,针叶状铁素体向粒状、块状转变。 In order to optimize the heat treatment process and obtain the best mechanical properties of60Si2 CrVAT spring steel,influences of different tempering temperature(400-520℃)and holding time(30-120min)on microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated.The results show that a satisfied strength-toughness combinations(Rm=1993MPa,RP0.2=1620MPa,δ=9%,ψ=32%)can be obtained when the 60Si2 CrVAT steel is oil quenched at 910℃for 30 min and tempered at 430℃for 60 min and then oil cooled.The microstructure of 60Si2 CrVAT steel tempered from 400℃to 520℃is tempered troostite,and the shape of the ferrites changes from needle-like to granular and bulk-like with the increase of tempering temperature and the extension of holding time.
