摘要
为了准确测定煤层群底板穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采半径,提出采用钻孔瓦斯流量法+瓦斯含量降低法相结合的现场考察方法.基于穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采流量统计法推导得出有效抽采半径计算公式,并根据钻孔抽采影响范围内煤层瓦斯抽采率、残余瓦斯压力、残余瓦斯含量,以及工作面日产量等要求,综合分析确定计算公式中的残余瓦斯含量临界指标值.通过现场布置多组考察钻孔进行综合分析,得到石炭井焦煤公司3^#、4^#、5^#煤层的有效抽采半径,采用瓦斯含量降低法进行验证,最终确定煤层群底板穿层钻孔的抽采半径,为矿井煤层群底板穿层钻孔布置提供了依据.
In order to accurately determine the gas drainage radius of crossing boreholes in the floor of coal seam group,a site inspection method combining the borehole gas flow method with the gas content reduction method was put forward. Based on the gas flow statistical method of crossing boreholes,a calculation formula for the effective gas drainage radius was derived.According to the coal seam gas drainage rate,the residual gas pressure and content in the influence range of gas drainage boreholes as well as the daily output of the working faces,the critical values of the residual gas content which required in the calculation formula were obtained by comprehensive analysis. Then comprehensive analysis was carried out by laying out multiple sets of investigation boreholes,the effective gas drainage radius of No. 3,4 and 5 seams of Shitanjing Coke Corporation was obtained. Through the verification with gas content reduction method,the gas drainage radius of the crossing boreholes in the floor of the coal seam group was finally determined,which provided basis for the layout of crossing holes in the floor of coal seam group.
