详细分析了砖厂排放蓝烟的形成原因,蓝烟主要是高硫煤在燃烧过程中产生了较多的SO2、SO3和NOX,与水分及细微的烟尘颗粒物化合成一种气溶胶颗粒,这些颗粒在光线折射下呈现出蓝色或黄色的烟雾。蓝烟的消除需要从窑炉结构、原料及燃料的构成、内掺料、干燥介质的利用等方面开展工作。
The article analyzes the causes of the emission of blue smoke, sulfur coal produces SO2, SO3 and NOX during combustion, and water and fine soot particles synthesize aerosol particles, these particles showing blue or yellow smoke under light refraction. The elimination of blue smoke needs us to work on the aspects of furnace struc?ture, raw materials and fuel composition, within the mixed material, utilization of drying medium.
