摘要
为探寻城市轨道交通车站的安全漏洞,制订完善的火灾应急预案,构建火灾条件下城市轨道交通车站的客流安全疏散能力综合评价模型。首先,选取车站设施、管理水平以及客流疏散过程参数等相关因素,建立评价指标体系。然后,根据现场实际情况设定评价向量,基于模糊网络分析法(FANP),结合软件仿真,完成指标的量化、标定及权重设定,构建综合评价模型。最后,以某城轨车站典型场景的实际数据为例,用所建模型对其客流疏散能力进行综合评价。结果表明,模型综合评价结果与实际场景总体保持一致。
It was held by the authors that in order to identify safety vulnerabilities of an urban rail transit station to fire,and to develop a complete emergency plan,a model should be built for evaluating comprehensively passenger evacuation capacity of the station in fire. Firstly,an evaluation index system was established by selecting factors concerning station facilities,management level and the evacuation process.Then,the indexes are quantified,calibrated and weighted based on FANP combining with simulation method. The model was built. Finally,evacuation capacity was evaluated by using the model for a certain station taken as an example. It was shown that the evaluation results obtained by using the model are consistent with the actual scene.
