摘要 三维激光扫描仪能够快速、自动、准确的获取物体表面的点云数据,具有传统测量无法比拟的优势。本文结合工程实例,应用天宝TX8三维激光扫描仪,阐述其在工厂管道修复中的应用,包括数据的采集、处理、建模以及虚拟拼接等。并结合本次工程,提出三维扫描仪在管线设计方面的应用设想。结果表明,三维激光扫描仪在管道修复工程中的应用能够极大地提高工程效率并节省工程时间,突显了三维扫描仪的技术优势,也为其在其他领域的应用提供了一定的参考。 The 3Dlaser scanner can quickly,automatically and accurately obtain the point cloud data of the object surface,which has the incomparable advantage of the traditional measuring ways.Combining with the engineering example and the application of Trimble TX8 3Dlaser scanner,This essay mainly introduces its application in factory pipeline Rehabilitation,including data collection,processing,modeling and virtual stitching.,Then we propose the application of 3Dscanner in pipeline design through this project.The result shows that the application of 3Dlaser scanner in the repair pipeline engineering can greatly improve the project efficiency and save engineering time.It highlights the advantage of three-dimensional scanner technology and also provides a reference for its application in other fields.
