摘要
专业学生实训是高职院校培养高素质人才的重要实践环节，是把教学与实习相结合，理论与实践相结合，让学生在校内用比较短的时间掌握好最基本的操作技能和解决问题能力的一项重要措施。如何提高实训室的管理水平，做好设备的维护和制度的完善，对高职焊接人才培养意义很大。应该充分重视焊接实训室，加大基础建设投资，科学、有效地维护实训室的设施，做好实训室使用情况登记、统计工作，完善实训室的使用规章制度，提高学生的参与度，以提高学生的实用技术培训质量，提高高职焊接专业学生以及其他高职毕业生的综合竞争能力。
