肿瘤相关巨噬细胞浸润、肿瘤微血管密度和血管内皮生长因子在膀胱癌中的表达 被引量:10

Tumor-associated macrophages infiltration,MVD and VEGF expression in patients with bladder cancer

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)浸润、血管内皮生成因子(VEGF)和肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)与膀胱癌发生和进展的关系。方法以免疫组化方法检测153例膀胱癌组织(A组)和39例正常膀胱黏膜(B组)CD68标记的TAMs浸润程度、MVD和VEGF表达。结果A组TAMs浸润程度、MVD和VEGF表达均高于B组(P<0.01)。在肌层浸润性膀胱癌中,TAMs浸润程度明显增加。MVD和VEGF与膀胱癌中TAMs浸润程度呈正相关(分别r=0.414和r=0.333,P<0.01)。结论 TAMs、MVD和VEGF在膀胱癌组织中的表达均升高。TAMs重度浸润与肌层浸润性膀胱癌密切正相关。检测TAMs有助于膀胱癌患者的分期。 Objective To explore the tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)infiltration,tumor-microvessel density(MVD)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)expression in the patients with bladder cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry assay was used to detect CD68-labeled TAMs infiltration,CD34-labeled MVD and VEGF expression in 153 bladder cancer tissues(group A)and 39 normal bladder tissues(group B).Results The TAMs infiltration,MVD and VEGF expression were significantly higher in group A than those in group B(P〈0.01).The TAMs infiltration was remarkably increased in muscle invasive bladder cancer tissues.The MVD and VEGF expression were positively correlated to the TAMs infiltration(r=0.414 and r=0.333,P〈0.01).Conclusion The TAMs infiltration,MVD and VEGF expression are increased in bladder cancer.Severe TAMs infiltration is closely related to muscle invasive bladder cancer.Detection of TAMs infiltration is helpful in making clinicopathological stages of bladder cancer.
