摘要
综合不同诱导系优良性状,组建了诱导系间杂交种,优化玉米(Zea mays)单倍体诱导技术,克服单倍体植株弱小、花粉量少、抗逆性差等缺点,研究了玉米单倍体诱导系及其杂交种对不同类型F1的诱导效果。结果表明,诱导率与母本基因型间差异达极显著水平,与父本间差异达显著水平。LA11的诱导率明显高于农大高诱1号,而两者的杂交种植株高大,雄花花粉量大,抗逆性强,综合性状明显优于两个诱导系,且诱导率接近较高的LA11,可以用于自然杂交诱导育种;自然加倍率与父本无关,与母本基因型关系密切。
Combined the merits of different inducers and established the coeno-species of the inducers, in order to optimize maize(Zea mays) haploid induction technology,overcome some drawbacks of haplobionts,such as weak plants,not abundant pollen quantity,poor stress resistance,and so on,researched on the inductive effects of the maize haploid induction and its coeno-species for different F1.The results showed that the differences of induction rate and maternal genotype reached extremely significant level, and significant difference between induction rate and male parent. The induction rate of LA11 was obviously larger than the CAU inducer. However, the coeno-species plants of the two species were tall and strong with abundant pollen quantity of staminate flowers and perfect stress resistance. The comprehensive characters of the coeno-species were much better than the previous two inducers. Besides, LA11, as a spicy with relatively high induction rate, could be used in natural hybridization to induce breeding. The research also revealed that the natural doubling rate was significantly related with the genetype differences of the female parent,not related with male parent.
