摘要
在矿井提升机速度优化控制的研究中,传统矿井提升机速度控制方式的自动化程度较低。为提高速度和保证安全,采用了先进的高压变频调速方案,并增加了故障时的低频拖动,研究了有限时间观测器,即通过求解矩阵不等式就可解得观测器增益矩阵,通过有限时间观测器自动采集矿井提升机的速度信息,设计了模糊控制器,通过模糊控制算法提高了速度控制精度,最终使矿井提升机的速度按S型曲线运行。最后,通过Matlab仿真实例证实了改进方法的有效性和正确性,为矿井提升机优化控制提供了依据。
Based on the low level of automation of the mine hoist speed control mode, the advanced high speed plan is used. And the low frequency drive is added during the fault. An improved design method of the finite - time observers on mine hoist is developed. The gain matrix is got by solving the matrix inequality. By the finite - time ob- servers the speed is observed automatically. The fuzzy controller is designed. The control precision of the system is improved by the fuzzy control algorithm. The mine hoist runs at the speed according to the S curve. Finally, a Matlab example illustrates that the proposed approach is efficient and correct.
