摘要
电解加工技术是解决Ti Al合金难切削的有效工艺方法,而精密振动电解加工技术可实现高精度及良好的表面质量。开展了精密振动电解加工Ti Al合金试验,研究了不同工艺参数下Ti Al合金的精密振动电解加工表面质量。结果表明:随着电流密度的增加,工件表面粗糙度减小;随着脉冲频率的提高,工件表面粗糙度先减小后基本保持不变。优化参数后采用精密振动电解加工的试件表面在光学显微镜下均未见到晶间腐蚀。
Electrochemical Machining is useful to solve the problem of how to machine titanium aluminide alloys,and precise vibrating electrochemical machining can get high accuracy and good surface quality. A series of experiments using this machining method is performed on titanium aluminide alloys. Machining experiments are carried out and the results show that as machining current density increases, the surface roughness decreases. With the increases of the pulse frequency, the surface roughness first decreases and then almost remains unchanged. After optimizing parameters,there is no intergranular corrosion in optical microscope.
