摘要
以某型号雷达天线箱体为例,进行数字化无模铸造精密成形工艺研究,设计了合理的浇注工艺与分模工艺。为验证无模铸造工艺的合理性,采用数字化无模铸造精密成形机进行砂型加工试验,所得铸件不存在铸造缺陷,说明该工艺合理可行。
Taking a box of radar antenna as an example, .the digital precision forming technology of patternless casting process was studied, the reasonable pouring process and mold splitting process were designed. To verify the rationality of the pattemless casting process, a digital precision forming machine was used to process the sand mold. There are no casting defects in the produced castings, which shows that the process is reasonable and practical.
