刨煤机刨链的运动分析及疲劳寿命分析 被引量:3

摘要 根据刨煤机的工作情况,考虑到刨煤机在实际工作过程中受到的刨削阻力、摩擦阻力、刨链的预紧力以及链轮的多边形效应和速度变化产生的力对链轮的影响等,建立刨煤机适当简化的动力学模型,并运用Matlab进行仿真分析,得到在不同情况下速度与刨链张力的时间历程,并运用Miner疲劳损伤理论进行刨煤机刨链的疲劳寿命分析。研究为分析刨煤机工作工况和刨链的可靠性提供依据。 According to the work situation of coal plough, considering the plough cut resistance, friction resistance, pre tight force of plough chain, sprocket of polygon effect, and the effect of the force produced by speed changes on sprocket and so on in actual work process, the dynamics model with appropriate simplified of the coal plough is established. By using the Matlab, the simulation analysis is carried out, the time course of plough chain tension and speed in different condition plough cut resistance are got. By using the Miner fatigue damage analysis theory, the fatigue life analysis of plough chain of coal plough is carried out. A basis for the reliability of coal plough working condition and coal plough chain is provide by this study.
