摘要
耕作层土壤剥离再利用是保护优质土壤资源、强化耕地保护的举措。本文介绍了浙江省开展建设占用耕地耕作层剥离再利用实践和探索的基本情况,系统分析了当前推进这项工作中存在的问题,并提出从政策、资金、规划、程序、技术和市场等几个方面着手,全面推进耕地耕作层剥离再利用。
Topsoil stripping and reuse are the measures to protest high-quality soil resources and strengthen cultivated land protection. In this paper we introduce the basic situation of the practice and exploration of topsoil stripping and reuse for cultivated land occupied by construction in Zhejiang Province, systematically analyze the problems in current promotion of this work, and suggest starting from policies, funding, planning, process, technology and market, thereby comprehensively promoting the topsoil stripping and reuse
