矿井通风仿真及其改扩建通风方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 为解决矿井通风过程存在的实际入风大于矿井所需风量,但部分巷道局部阻力较大,通风不够合理,出现集中用风量不足的问题,使用MVSS网络通风分析软件,对阜新某矿的矿井现有通风系统进行建模.通过系统仿真,基于现有通风系统风流状况测试,确定了该矿现有通风系统断面较小,通风阻力较高、风阻较大的巷道.针对矿井改扩建提出的四个方案进行了模拟,分析了其通风有效性,并给出了各方案实施风流调控建议.得出西砂井主扇改造后增风能力与矿井达产300万吨后无法匹配的结论. In order to solve the problem that the actual air flow volume is greater than required,insufficient air volume is appeared because of the high local resistance of roadway and unreasonable ventilation,an existing mine ventilation system is modeled in Fuxin,using MVSS network ventilation analysis software. Through the system simulation and based on the existing ventilation system condition test,the small cross section of the roadway in existing ventilation system,higher ventilation resistance and wind resistance are determined. In view of the mine reconstruction,four schemes are simulated and ventilation effectiveness are analyzed. The implementation of the program adjustment indicates that an increased air volume after main fan reformed in the west sand well is mismatched with the required air volume of the mine with 3 million tons of prpduction capacity.
