摘要
针对液压柱塞泵失效模式进行分析,了解引起其失效的根本原因,并基于此建立了液压柱塞泵的故障树,得到影响柱塞泵失效的最小割集;利用证据理论得到故障树底事件的失效概率区间,依据区间算子求得柱塞泵的故障区间,并研究了摩擦副磨损量的变化对液压柱塞泵可靠度的影响。
This paper analyzed the failure mode of hydraulic piston pumps and established its fault tree to obtain the minimalcut sets. The interval probabilities of basic events were obtained by using the evidence theory. According to the interval opera-tors, the interval probability of piston pump is calculated. This paper also studied the impact of friction pair wear on reliabilityof the hydraulic piston pump.
