基于效益最大化的城际铁路属性设置及调整

摘要 为便于城际铁路企业能及时、合理设置和调整城际铁路运输属性,使其能在目前区域交通走廊各种交通工具竞争激烈的条件下健康运营并得到可持续性发展,分析了出行者选择交通工具的特征,并对交通工具的特征进行了定量化描述。基于城际铁路企业利润最大化,考虑了城际铁路应取得的最小社会效益约束,建立了城际铁路运输属性设置及调整的多元非线性模型。利用罚函数法把模型转化为无约束的非线性模型,运用步长加速法进行求解。最后,把所设计的模型及算法应用到长株潭城际铁路初期运输属性设置中,研究表明本文所建立的模型及采用的算法是可行的。 In order to provide convenience for intercity railway enterprises to transport properties timely and reasonably, and make them in normal operation adjust intercity railway and under sustainable development on the condition that the competition among the various transportation modes in regional transport corridor at present, characteristics of transportation tools were analyzed and their quantitative descriptions were made. Based on maximizing profit for intercity railway enterprise, considering the constraints that minimum social benefits should be made by intercity enterprises, multivariate nonlinear model for intercity railway property setting and adjustment was built, and it was transformed into unconstrained nonlinear model with penalty function method and solved with the step acceleration method. Finally, model and algorithm designed were applied to the property setting of Chang-Zhu-Tan intercity railway transport in its early stage. Studies show that the model and the algorithm provided in this paper are feasible.
