摘要
目的 通过对额肌解剖方向的研究,为在采用额肌瓣悬吊法矫正重度上睑下垂手术中,对上睑外形的确定提供解剖学依据.方法 对4具成人头部标本的额肌进行解剖,并对其走行方向进行测量.结果 经解剖4具头部标本,8侧额肌肌束走行与纵轴呈一定夹角.额肌肌束走行与纵轴夹角的平均值为20.375°,其95%置信区间为18.692°~22.058 °.结论 在额肌瓣悬吊术中,以额肌的解剖方向作为参考行上睑外形设计,具有临床意义.
Objective To study the extending direction of frontal muscle, so as to provide anatomical ba- sis for frontalis muscle flap suspension operation to correct severe ptosis. Methods Four adult human head spec- imens were used to perform frontal muscles dissection and its extending direction was measured. Results The 8 pieces of frontal muscle of the 4 specimens showed a certain angle with the vertical axis. The average angel be- tween the extending direction of frontal muscle and vertical axis was 20.375°, with a 95% confidence interval of 18. 692° - 22.058°. Conclusion There has the clinical significance to design the upper eyelid shape referencing to the extending direction of frontal muscle in the frontalis suspension.
