摘要
目的从诃子汤制草乌及诃子草乌配对共煎两方面,综述诃子对草乌毒性生物碱含量影响的研究现状,并提出今后诃子解草乌毒的研究方向。方法检索中国知网、万方和维普数据库,收集20年来诃子炮制草乌与诃子草乌共煎的相关文献并进行整理分析。结果获得相关文献26篇,经整理分析发现此类研究集中在对诃子炮制草乌减毒的原理、工艺、方法和诃子与草乌配对共煎的减毒原理、配伍比例等方面。结论随着研究的深入,今后诃子鞣质对草乌各类生物碱的影响规律需深入挖掘,诃子炮制草乌的工艺需进行规范统一,诃子草乌共煎减毒存效的比例规律需研究探讨。
Objective this paper wanted to grasp the recent research condition on the Aconite Alkaloid Content affected by the terminalia processed and compatibilitied with aconitum and provide a reference for the followed research. Methods Collecting the relevant paper through CNKI ,WANFANG DATE and VIP DATE. Results The terminalia processed and compatibilitied with aconitum indeed could reduce the Aconite Alkaloid Content. And other relevant researches had been done also. Conclusion As more and more research like those, the theories and methods about the terminalia processed and compatibilitied with aconitum will be increasingly clear.
