摘要 目的探讨食管癌切除术中胃食管颈部全器械侧侧吻合技术效果。方法选择符合条件的食管癌病人,行食管癌切除,胃食管颈部侧侧吻合,观察吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄、胃食管返流等并发症发生率。结果 120例病人顺利完成颈部侧侧吻合,无吻合口瘘及吻合口狭窄发生,9例病人出现胃食管返流,发生率为7.5%。结论全机械食管胃侧侧颈部吻合应用安全可靠,能够有效改善患者术后吻合口狭窄及吻合口瘘发生,从而避免因吻合口瘘导致病人长期住院,并减少因吻合口狭窄后续治疗。 Objective:To investigate the clinical application and effects of esophagectomy and total mechanical stapled cervical side-to-side esophagogastric anastomosis in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods:The clinical data from pa-tients with esophageal carcinoma who underwent esophagectomy and cervical side-to-side esophagogastric anastomosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results:No anastomotic fistula and anastomotic stricture was seen. Reflux esophagitis was found in 9 cases,with an incidence rate of 7. 5%. Conclusion:Total mechanical stapled cervical side-to-side esophagogastric an-astomosis is a safe procedure. With larger resection margins and a lower incidence of anastomosis-related complications, this technique is worthy of wide clinical application.
