冲压用镀锌板的高功率光纤激光焊接

摘要 采用IPG5000高功率光纤激光器研究了DX54D+Z、(DX54D+Z)+(H300LAD+Z)的激光焊接组织及性能。结果表明,DX54D+Z的焊缝组织为准多边形铁素体,焊缝最高硬度为150HV,焊缝纵向延伸率降低了约40%。(H300LAD+Z)+(DX54D+Z)焊缝组织为贝氏体,焊缝的最高硬度为265HV,焊缝的纵向延伸率比DX54D+Z母材降低约50%,比H300LAD+Z母材降低约15%。 The laser welding microstructure and properties of DX54D + Z and (H300LAD + Z)+ (DX54D+Z) were studied by means of IPG5000 high power fiber lasers. The results show that the micro- structure of welding seam of DX54D+ Z was quasi polygonal ferrite with the highest hardness of welding seam being 150HV, and with the longitudinal elongation of welding seam decreased by about 40%, and that the microstructure of welding seam of (H300LAD+Z)+ (DX54D+Z) was bainite with the highest hardness of the welding seam being 265HV and the longitudinal elongation of welding seam being about 50% , which is lower than that of DX54D+Z and 15% lower than that of H300LAD+Z.
