摘要
铯光泵磁力仪需要通过测量频率换算得到磁场值。以FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)为核心,采用VHDL(超高速集成电路硬件描述语言)语言设计等精度频率计,完成了对铯光泵磁力仪输出频率的采集。该等精度频率计包含整形模块、FPGA测量模块、单片机模块。经测试,该等精度频率计计数分辨率为0.007Hz,对应磁场值为2p T。
The optically pumped cesium vapor magnetometer needs to get magnetic field values by translation of measured frequency. Focusing on FPGA,this paper uses VHDL language design precision frequency meter,to complete the output frequency collection of the optically pumped cesium vapor magnetometer. Such equal precision frequency meter includes shaping module,FPGA measurement module,and microcontroller module.After testing,the equal precision frequency meter's count resolution reaches to 0.007 Hz,and the corresponding magnetic field value is 2p T.
