摘要
根据邯邢矿区大采深矿井开采和下组煤开采面临的严重水患,提出了"区域超前治理"防治水理念,即"超前主动、区域治理、全面改造、带压开采"的技术指导原则;由一面一治理改为以采区、水平或由地质构造所分割的单元为单位进行区域治理,主要总结了井下定向钻进关键技术首次应用于煤层底板岩层区域超前治理防治水技术研究,先治后掘,先治后采,从而实现"不掘突水头,不采突水面"的目标,为今后大采深和开采下组煤矿井防治水提供了很好的借鉴经验,创新了大采深矿井和开采下组煤奥灰水害防治方法,安全地开采受承压水威胁的煤炭资源,取得了很好的经济和社会效益。
In order to relieve the menace of serious water disaster in mining lower-group coal in deep mine of Hanxing mining area, regional advanced water prevention idea was put forward which took "advanced prevention, comprehensive renovation, regional con- trol and mining under water pressure" as technical indicating principle. Mining face prevention was transferred to regional prevention which was divided into elements by mining zone, level and tectonic structure. The key technology of underground directional drilling which firstly was applied in regional advanced floor-water prevention and control was concluded. By "first-prevention-then-driving and mining", the goal of water prevention was realized. This technology provided reference for mining lower-group coal under water pressure in deep mine and innovated water prevention method, and safely mining coal resource threatened by water and excellent economic and social value was made.
