摘要
通过研究对比不同种类的润滑油对传动系统的影响,确定汽车传动系统润滑油选用方案。经验证,润滑油对传动效率的主要影响为减低摩擦和降低搅油损失,而其主要影响因素为粘度等级、运动粘度及粘度指数。采用低粘度、粘度指数适中、多级的润滑油能提高传动效率。
By comparing the effects of different types of lubricants for transmission through the study, the selection program of automotive driveline lubricants is determined. It's proven that the major impact of the lubricant on the transmission efficiency is to reduce friction and churning losses, and its main influencing factors are the viscosity grade, kinematic viscosity and viscosity index. The lubricant of low viscosity, with medium viscosity index, or multi-level can improve the transmission efficiency.
