摘要
采用计算流体力学软件Fluent,通过数值模拟的方法对下进风袋式除尘器的内部流场进行了研究,发现原设计方案存在气流分布不均匀、设备阻力过大等问题,提出了在进气通道内添加导流板的改进措施.结果表明:在四种不同的工况下,改进后的袋室除尘器内部气流分布更均匀,进出口压力差减小,除尘器各部分均能起到良好的除尘作用,从而有效地减少了滤袋的磨损,提高了除尘效率和运行的稳定性,为袋式除尘器的结构优化设计提供了依据。
Numerical simulation method was adopted to study the internal flow field of the under inlet bag-type dust collector by the CFD software Fluent. It was found that problems such as uneven distribution of gas flow, great equipment resistance, etc. , were existed in the original design scheme. Improved measures of adding guide plate in the passageway of air inlet were presented. Results show that after improvement,the stream dis-tribution becomes more uniform,and the pressure difference between inlet and outlet decreases,and all parts of the dust collector can play a good role in dust removing in four conditions. Therefore the wearing of the bags are effectively reduced,and the dust collection efficiency and the operational stability are enhanced,providing the-oretical basis for the optimization design of the structure of the bag filter.
