GC-MS分析比较不同产地温郁金挥发油的化学组分 被引量:17

摘要 目的:比较不同产地郁金挥发油的成分在含量和组成上的差异,以期为温郁金建立科学合理的质量评价体系提供依据。方法:通过水蒸汽蒸馏法提取不同产地郁金中挥发油成分,采用GC-MS法分析挥发油成分和含量,以比较不同产地郁金挥发油化学组成的差异,以吉马酮为主要特征成分进行聚类分析。结果:乐清虹桥2号、四川、乐清白石郁金的挥发油含量分别为31.50、25.10、20.00μL·g-1,远高于其他产地的郁金。10个不同产地郁金挥发油共检测出58种成分,通过聚类分析结果可将郁金分为两类,不同产地(瑞安陶山、瑞安马屿、乐清虹桥1号、乐清虹桥2号、乐清白石、永嘉乌牛、磐安、福建仙游)的温郁金及广西产桂郁金为一类,四川产黄丝郁金为一类。结论:不同产地郁金挥发油的成分在含量和化学组成上具有较大差异。 Objective: To establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation method for the quality of Zhejiang curcuma wenyujin,the different compositions of the volatile oil and curcumin are compared Curcumea Radix from different origins on the content and composition. Methods: Extracted the constituents of volatile oil from different origin of Curcuma wenyujin by steam distillation to measure the content of volatile oil,compared the differences in different origin of Curcumea Radix volatile oil chemical composition by GC-MS,and regarded germacrone as the main characteristics of component for cluster analysis. Results: The Yueqing Hongqiao 2,Sichuan,Yueqing Bai Shi Wen Yujin volatile oil extraction rate were 31. 50,25. 10,20. 00 μL·g^-1,which were far higher than other origin of Curcumea Radix. GC-MS speculated total of 58 compounds. Curcumea Radix can be divided into two categories by SPSS cluster analysis. Curcuma Wen Yu Jin of different origins( Rui'an Tao Shan,Rui 'an Mayu,Yueqing Hongqiao 1,Yueqing Hongqiao 2,Yueqing Bai Shi,Yong Jia wu Niu,Pan'an,Fujian Xianyou,) and Guangxi Gui Yu Jin are in a categorie,another is Sichuan Huangsi Yujin.Conclusion: Different origins of volatile oil of Curcumea Radix have bigger difference on content and chemical composition.
