摘要
2型糖尿病是一种复杂的多基因遗传性疾病,东亚人群全基因组关联研究(GWAS)使该地区2型糖尿病遗传易感性的研究进入一个崭新阶段。目前已鉴定出20余个东亚人群2型糖尿病易感基因,本文对这些参与胰岛β细胞功能维持和外周胰岛素抵抗等方面的基因作一简介。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） is a complicated polygenic hereditary disease. The research of the Genome Wide Association Study （GWAS） has entered the research of the local genetic susceptibility of T2DM into a new stage. At present, more than 20 genes which are associated with T2DM have been identified in East Asian populations. This paper provided a brief introduction on the genes which are involved in the function of pancreatic β cells and peripheral insulin resistance.
