摘要
通过对电动助力转向系统EPS动力学分析,建立EPS系统的数学模型,运用Matlab软件建立EPS系统助力过程的仿真模型并进行仿真运算。由于单一运用PID控制或者模糊控制对EPS进行助力控制,会存在运动滞后性和稳定性差的问题,设计针对EPS系统的目标电流模糊控制器并结合PID控制器对EPS进行精确控制,通过模糊控制器和PID控制器共同控制来满足EPS控制系统快速特性的要求。结果表明,运用PID和模糊两种控制方法共同对EPS控制,EPS具有良好的稳定性并且反应迅速。
Through the dynamics analysis of the EPS ( Electric power steering) , a mathematical model of the system is estab- lished by EPS. Matlab software is used to establish the simulation model of power process of EPS system and the simulation calculation is conducted. Due to the problems of motion lag and bad stability caused by the application of single PID control or fuzzy control on the power control on the EPS, the target current fuzzy controller for the EPS system is designed and combined with PID controller to realize the precise control of EPS, which can meet the rapid characteristics of EPS control system requirements. The simulation results indica- ted that the EPS has good stability and rapid response by applying PID and fuzzy control simultaneously in EPS control.
