摘要
弯道行驶时的侧倾稳定性是影响4YZP―2型玉米收割机工作稳定性的重要因素,对其行驶安全性具有重要影响。针对4YZP―2型玉米收割机转弯时因横向不稳定发生的侧翻事故,建立了整车多体动力学模型,进行了转弯侧倾稳定性虚拟试验,揭示了该收割机行驶参数和结构参数对其侧倾稳定性的影响,表明高宽比、车速和转向角度对侧倾稳定性有较大的影响,并通过实验验证了虚拟仿真模型的正确性。基于研究结论,对结构进行了改进,在一定程度上提高了其侧倾稳定性,研究结果对于玉米收割机的优化设计和提高侧倾稳定性具有重要参考价值。
When running along a curve,the rollover stability is an important element which influences the working stability of 4YZP —2 corn harvester,has an important impact on its safety.Based on the rollover accident which is caused by lateral instability,a multibody dynamics vehicular model was developed to analyze the turning stability.The influences of structure,traffic conditions on the rollover stability were analyzed,the results show that the ratio of height and width,vehicular speed and steering angle has influences on the rollover stability.According to this conclusion,its structure was optimized,to some extent,its rollover stability was improved,and the research result has an important reference value for optimization and improving rollover stability.
