四相无中点电容裂相式开关磁阻电机驱动系统研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对小功率低速的电动自行车场合,文中开关磁阻电机系统选用了无中点电容的裂相式拓扑,将电机的绕组反向串联后再采用星形连接;通过在中点接入不同电容,结合有限元仿真,得出无中点电容电路中点电压脉动的特点;进一步分析了无中点电容裂相式主电路中点电压脉动对电机的电流和效率的影响。最后,通过中点电容对比实验,验证了中点电压脉动的仿真分析结果;通过系统起动和加载实验,说明四相无中点电容裂相式开关磁阻电机系统运行稳定高效,控制方法可行。 Considering the electric bicycle applications, the split-phase converter without capacitors was adopted in the proposed switched reluctance motor(SRM) system. The coils were connected in inverting series and the windings were in star connection. With the help of finite-element analysis, the characteristics of the midpoint-voltage were obtained by changing capacitors. Furthermore, the influence of midpoint-voltage ripple to the current and efficiency while removing the capacitors was presented. By conducting the contrast experiments the simulation results of midpoint voltage were proved. The start and load tests were carried out. And the results show that the four-phase SRM system in the split-phase converter without capacitors operates reliably and efficiently with feasible controls.
