摘要
以辽宁省某矿山高硅型铁尾矿为例,对该尾矿进行了性能测试,并进行了机械力活化,旨在将其用于混凝土辅助胶凝材料。研究结果表明:该尾矿主要化学成分是SiO2、Fe2O3、Al2O3和MgO,主要矿物成分为石英,粒径主要分布在120μm附近,水泥胶砂28d强度比为43.5%,无火山灰活性。经过机械力活化,粉磨3.5h的粒径主要分布在10μm附近,水泥胶砂28d强度比为81.7%,并且具有火山灰活性。基于混凝土辅助胶凝材料基本理论,粉磨后的尾矿可考虑作为辅助胶凝材料用于制备混凝土。
The article takes the high silicon iron ore tailings from a certain mine in Liaoning province as an example to test property of the tailings and conducts mechanical activation of it ,w hich aims to apply the tailings in the production of supplementary cementing materials of concrete .The results of the test show that the main chemical compositions of the tailings are ,and ,and the main mineral compositions is quartz .The particle size is mostly around 124μm and the 28day's strength ratio of the cement mortar is 43 .5% with no pozzolanic activity .After the mechanical activation ,the particle size which is grinded for 3 .5h is around 10μm and the 28day's strength ratio of the cement mortar is 81 .7% with pozzolanic activity .Base on the fundamental theory of supplementary cementing materials of concrete ,the grinding tailings can be used as supplementary cementing materials to make concrete .
