摘要
采用改良土培法,研究不同质量浓度的复合防腐剂(苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾质量比为3∶2)浸种对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,低浓度的复合防腐剂(≤3.0 g/L)处理,种子的发芽率、幼苗的根长、株高、株直茎、叶绿素及过氧化物酶指标均增高,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低;高浓度时(≥6.0 g/L)上述形态与生理指标均发生反向改变,当浓度为9.0 g/L时,各指标变化情况与对照组相比,差异均达到显著或极显著水平。综上所述,复合防腐剂对玉米幼苗的生长起低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的作用。
The effects of soaking the seeds with different concentrations of compound preservatives (sodium benzoate/potassi- um sorbate=3:2) on the germination of seeds and the growth of seedling in maize was studied with modified soil culture method. The results showed that the indexes of bud sprouting rate of seeds, root length of seedling, height of plant, diameter of plant, chlorophyll, peroxidase increased. The content of malondialdehyde decreased at low-level compound preservatives( ≤ 3.0 g/L). The morphological and physiological indexes above began a benign change at high-level compound preservatives(≥ 6.0 g/L). When the concentration of preservatives was 9.0 g/L, all the indexes had significant or extremely significant differ- ence comparing with the control group. It is indicated that, the compound preservatives had a positive effect at low concen- tration on maize seedlings, with a negative influence at high concentration.
