摘要
目的观察优化抢救流程在急诊危重症监护病房护理管理中的应用效果。方法取我院急诊危重症监护病房收治的60例患者为本次研究对象,随机将其均分为对照组与实验组各30例,对照组采用传统抢救流程,实验组则对抢救流程加以优化,在患者病情危急或加重的情况下实施优化重组抢救方案,观察两组抢救成功率以及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,实验组抢救成功率以及护理满意度更高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化并完善急诊危重症监护病房抢救流程可提高抢救成功率和护理满意度,应予以推广使用。
Objective To observe the process optimization of rescue in the emergency department in the critical y il guardianship hospital nursing management application effect. Methods In our hospital emergency of 60 patients admitted in critical care unit as the study object, its were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 30 cases and control group with traditional rescue process, the experimental group is optimized for rescue process, under the condition of the patients were in critical condition or aggravate the optimized restructuring rescue plan, observe two groups of rescue success rate and nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with control group, experimental group success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction is higher, differences between groups with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sufficient optimize and emergency rescue of critical y il guardianship hospital ward process can improve the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction, should be used.
